Damages and issues
Online orders will be insured during shipping and must always be immediately inspected by the customer upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please communicate this to us in no later than the two first days of receipt in order for the insurance to be valid.
To be eligible for a compensation/refund, you are required to keep all supporting documentation, such as the damaged package and item(s)
until further notice.
Requesting a return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, for any reason and without a justification.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@skuuninterior.com. You may use the enclosed sample form for revocation but are not obliged to do so.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returning the product
Upon acceptance of the return, the product has to be sent to the following address: Skuun Interior, Ninoofsesteenweg 160, 1500 Halle, België (Belgium), within 14 calendar days following the day on which you have communicated your decision to revoke your order to Skuun Interior.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly ask you to make sure the goods are safely wrapped and insured.
If the returned product is somehow diminished in value, Skuun Interior retains the right to hold the customer liable and claim compensation for any diminution in value.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
It is up to you, the customer, to pay the direct costs associated with returning the product, such as the shipping costs.
