Shipping
We are happy to offer insured shipping in the EU and free pickup from our location in Halle (1500), Belgium. Please note that a small selection of extra fragile or very large items are pickup only, this information will be stated in the product description.
All packages are prepared for shipment within 5 business days. As carrier, we use BPost, DPD or UPS. Once handed over to BPost, DPD or UPS, shipping in Europe usually takes between 2-6 business days. However, you should be aware that in the event of delays with suppliers, carriers or during sales and holidays, longer delivery times may occur.
Shipping rates vary by destination and packaging size/weight and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you are experiencing any problems with checkout or are unable to complete an order, please contact us. If you are based outside our shipping area but interested in ordering, feel free to contact us at info@skuuninterior.com for special arrangements, if possible.
You will receive a tracking number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
When collecting from a parcel shop, it is your responsibility as a customer to collect your order within the stated deadlines. If the order is not collected within the deadline, it is automatically sent back to Skuun Interior. In this case, you will be charged an amount corresponding to the costs associated with the return shipment. Please be aware that you cannot undo a purchase by failing to collect your order at the chosen parcel shop.
We mainly use reused or recycled packaging materials (e.g. wrapping paper, bubble wrap, cardboard boxes and tape). We always pack and ship the items very securely with a lot of care and love.
